Process characteristics of steel row nails

The carbon content of steel nail is 0.4-2.8%, which is higher than that of steel nail. Tianjin shengqianda is a large enterprise specializing in the production and sales of special steel nails, mainly used for interior decoration, wooden packing boxes and so on. The advantage of steel row nails is that in actual use, if the steel nails are forced into the wall, the steel nails may be bent and broken, while the steel row nails can be nailed in. The common drill bit used in decoration is omitted, and it is easier to nail into the steel row nail after nailing into the wood wedge after drilling a hole in the wall. The air pressure of the air pump should be 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa. The nailing degree of the fixed object should be 1.5cm-2.5cm longer than the hanging object, which is firm and not easy to damage the wall.

Characteristics of steel row nails:

(1) The diameter of a single steel nail is 2.2mm, and the length is 18mm, 26mm, 38mm, 46mm, 50mm, 64mm and other different specifications.

(2) The steel row nails must be 40 steel nails in a row, and the top and side must be flat without warpage.

(3) The nail row shall have certain rigidity and strength: hold one end, and the other end shall not sink or break.

(4) Nails must be in close contact without gap. The glue shall be applied and hung evenly without tumor and bubble, and the glue boundary shall be limited to 10mm under the nail head.

Steel row nails are made of coiled wire rod (high, medium or low carbon steel) as raw material, pulled (cold drawn) to the required wire diameter of steel row nails several times by wire drawing machine, produced by nail making machine, quenched by heat treatment furnace, polished by polishing machine, electroplated by galvanizing equipment, and finally glued manually to form qualified products.

According to the investigation, at present, the production equipment used by steel row nail production enterprises mainly include: ① nail making machine, ② wire drawing machine, ③ polishing machine, ④ knife grinder, ⑤ tip rolling machine, ⑥ heat treatment furnace, ⑦ galvanizing equipment and tools used in manual row nail.
